Hello from Spring Break! I wanted to pop in and share this cake that I make once in a while – it is heavy, delicious, sweet, tangy, moist, and fresh! I can’t take credit for the recipe… but if you make it, please enjoy it! AND SHARE IT! The glaze really adds some calories to this but it definitely worth it… especially when it seeps in!

Delicious! I made this because I knew my coworkers would enjoy it – and strawberries were only .99 cents at my market for 1 container! Score! I use shortening and flour to prep my bundt pan so it stays together pretty well Enjoy! (Recipe here)
